A note from rangan

Over the years, I've noticed a pattern.

The people who come to me-whether as patients, readers, or podcast listeners-are not short of information. Many of them know, in broad terms, exactly what they should be doing. They know that sleep matters. They understand the role of stress. They've read about food and movement and they're trying their best.

And yet something is still not working.

Time and again, I see that knowledge alone is not enough. The missing piece is almost never more information. It's how we put it into action. Success, to my mind, needs structure, consistency, and company.
